How To OverCome Objectives (Final)

Step 3 :

When respond to the talk on how you agree. Highlight what you have in common in the whole conversation. Use words like “you’re right”, “Yes”, “I agreed with you”, to begin the conversation respond.

Step 4:

When you think you can’t agree, or you are still considering what the customer/prospect is really asking. Think, is there a way that you can agree with anything that he/she that had said or mention. Think about what your customer/prospect want to know, and keep them talking, they may seem or sound negative, but she wants an answer to some unspoken questions. Provide your solutions to the issue that you had heard.

Step 5:

BY listening to a prospects/customer’s objectives and comments give you opportunity to overcome those issues. Do not stop there, show then your ideas, your products or your services that is the best solutions that can help them. After that, more to the next step: ask for the action you want.

When you have the ability to make the people/customer/prospect around you feel comfortable, you will then influence them and win more sales.

Follow are the simple five steps process for effective listening:

Step 1:

Try to listen for some points of agreement. As when your prospect speaks, you have to maintain a steady focus on the points that you have in common, Encourage him/her to let him/her speak more, talk more by accepting his/her point of view.

Step 2:

Do not prove him/her (customer/prospect) wrong too quickly if your customer/prospect disagrees with your statement. From then on, try to listen to his hidden questions. Try to ask yourself, “what is the hidden questions, how can I do that my solution is his answers of his questions?”

To overcome objections, the best way is to LISTEN. This is the hardest skill to learn and practice. Listening to customer/prospect is the hardest skill to master. It all because we like to talk, talk about our business, our product, our ideas and mostly on ourselves.

The very first key and the most important to win in business or personal is to talk less, and listen more. Through listen to your customers objections and responding, respect and earnest to what you hear, you will then immediate create a trust atmosphere between your customer and you.

HI friends,

How are you today? I had a super busy day. But I just want to share this simple HOW TO to all of you.

Does your team member, or your friends surrounding you like to listen to you and look for you to help them in solving problems, are you a solution to them?

If you do not have, I think you have to think of he “HOW TO” and not the usual Who What When Where Why.

OK. Let bring the whole scenario to the supermarket stall in the wet market. They usually have a stall outside some shops, for example, they are selling some magic detergents. They will tell you, you had this stubborn stain, just put on this, and stain will gone forever.

See~~ They present the HOW TO to you. {Just put on this, and stain will gone forever} = this is the HOW TO!

As long as they know that you are giving the value [How To] to what they want, they will definitly listen to you.
